Plain English Summary: We do NOT log where you go online, what you download, your browsing history, your real IP address, or your session durations. Because our servers run on volatile RAM without hard drives, logs cannot physically exist.
1. What We Never Collect
Cryptora maintains an absolute zero-logs architecture physically verified by independent auditors. Under no circumstances do our systems record, monitor, or store:
- Your originating IP address or geographic location
- The destination IP addresses or domain names you visit
- DNS queries submitted while connected to the VPN
- Amount of bandwidth transferred per session
- Connection start times or disconnect timestamps
2. Information We Retain
To provide account services and prevent abuse, we only retain:
- Account Email address (used solely for login authentication and password resets)
- Payment transaction tokens (processed via Stripe or self-hosted cryptocurrency nodes; we never store raw credit card numbers)
3. GDPR & CCPA Consumer Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you maintain the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account credentials at any time directly through your self-service User Portal or by contacting privacy@cryptora.com.
